To all supporters of the annual "Boots - N - Saddles" event,
As a member of The Phoenix Camelback Rotary Club, I am writing to invite you to be a part of our 19th annual "BOOTS - N - SADDLES" fund-raising event, once again being held at the elite RITZ-CARLTON HOTEL, at 24th Street & Camelback road in Phoenix, Arizona, on Saturday, April 18, 2015, from 5:30pm to 10:30pm. The event tickets are $100.00 per ticket, and tables of 8 or 10 can be reserved.
Each year we have provided substantial funding for many local charities where children are in need of help, including primarily the ARIZONA BURN FOUNDATION and Rotary's GIFT OF LIFE ARIZONA.
We are continuing our focus on families needing assistance by repeating our support for St. VINCENT DE PAUL, St. MARY'S FOOD BANK , low income neighborhood schools, and many other worthy charities and organizations.
Your financial support will be most appreciated by working with us as a sponsor, making a donation of auction items, purchasing a raffle ticket, and hopefully attending the event that promises fun--for a cause. Begin the evening by relaxing and participating in the silent auction and later in the live auction, led by Sedona Fire Chief Kris Kazian, as auctoneer. Then enjoy a "sit-down" dinner in the beautiful RITZ-CARLTON ballroom, hosted by Master of Cermonies, Marshall Trimble, Arizona's State Historian, and be entertained by the world-traveled Dina Preston Band. Dress is western or casual, as you wish.
